About The Cookie Club
The Cookie Club was opened in June 2004 for out of school childcare provision, catering for children aged 5 to 11, before and after school.
Our aim is to provide a safe and friendly environment for the children to have fun and learn, enabling parents to feel confident about leaving their children with us.
We provide arts & crafts, computer games, board games, playdough, reading, T.V, ball games and trips to the park. A quiet area is also provided in which children can do their homework.
Our staffing ratio is one member of staff to every eight children (1:8) for children aged 5 to 11 and one member of staff to every 10 (1:10) children aged 8 to 11 years.
We are registered with the Office for Standards in Education, Children's Services and Skills (Ofsted), this means that we are inspected and regulated to achieve excellence in the care and education of children in our setting.
